Introduction

Verifications are a core concept of the Sohar Health product. A Verification represents a request for eligibility status and benefits information for a given patient.

Unfortunately, payer APIs are often unavailable or non-existent. As a result, the Sohar Health system operates asyncronously - a verification request is created and resolved as and when the information is retrieved from the payer using webhooks. In our experience, the vast majority of verifications can be completed and returned via webhook within a few seconds.
